MailAlarm uses Word and Phrase matching to precisely identify target email. MailAlarm automatically scans your inbound email for the messages you identify as a critical.

Create custom tailored Notifications with options like:

* Display Status Bar and Notification Center alert text

* Associate user supplied sound files (.mp3 & .wav) or system sounds with notification events

* Hear spoken alert notifications via Text-to-Speech

* Flash LED light and Vibrate the handset

* Automatic message moving and Inbox folder cleaning

* Email forwarding

* Automatic event logging, with archive and delete options

Once you have defined your email alarms and have activated automated monitoring, MailAlarm will monitor your email Inbox and notify you of any email that matches your alarm criteria - using your selected notification options.

View automatic event logging as it is dynamically updated in the Activity View screen by the background monitoring service.

MailAlarm offers unique automation features including Gmail integration where it piggybacks on Gmail Push Notification for efficient mobile update notification.

MailAlarm was originally developed to assist in monitoring production business processes that use email to report operational status - but was found to be useful in monitoring other email communications as well - like important personal communications. In addition to alerts, there is also an amusement factor in associating custom sound notifications with people and organizations.
