Biography

I am an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the York College of Pennsylvania. I was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Informatics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from January - August 2020, and in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alabama from September 2018 - December 2019. I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida in Summer 2018. My Ph.D. advisor was Dr. Murat Yuksel. My thesis was focused on autonomous neighbor discovery and free-space-optical link maintenance among UAVs and UGVs in wireless ad hoc networks. Before joining UCF, I received my Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015, and my Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2011.
