I have considerable experience in supporting managers and employees by helping them to reflect on their practice and to help clarify their thinking on all aspects of their role and responsibilities.

This is not a counselling service but rather an opportunity for staff, mainly managers, to discuss issues which arise from their work situations in a confidential setting.

It is also important to stress that my approach to Mentoring is not to give advice. I facilitate a client to identify the issue, to explore alternative ways to deal with the situation and help support then to make a decision.

My role as Mentor is primarily to act as a sounding board to those who for various reasons are unable to discuss these issues with other members of staff.
