Late Fall, 2015

We had our first frost and things are looking like winter is coming.  Time to collect any seeds you want to save for next year.
Cut back those plants and clean up around the garden.  Leave some stalks from coneflowers or Black-eyed Susans for the birds.  Also leave those grass stalks that give such great winter interest.  Start looking for the seed and flower catalogs in the mailbox.  I've already started my pile for winter browsing.
