A low cost Arduino compatible board with accelerometer and RTC.

The Freescale accelerometer supports selectable sensitivity ranges of +/-2g, 4g, and 8g.
Communication with the MMA7455L is done over the SPI interface, which is a highspeed digital connection which utilizes 4 pins. SPI is directly supported by the microprocessor though not by the Arduino language; however, and an SPI library is available. Refer to the main page for general Madhuino specifications
Two interrupts are supported:
  • Jumpers allow connection of MMA device interrupts to I/O pins
  • Int1 on the MMA is connected to TX1 (aka pin 18), Arduino external interrupt 5
  • Int2 on the MMA is connected to RX1 (aka pin 19), Arduino external interrupt 4
Help is needed to develop a library for this device!
This is an alpha design, and no PCBs have been made yet. First boards will be tested in June.
