 We look forward to doing business with you. 
 
Just a little bit about our product: Everything is handcrafted one piece at a time in the U.S.A. so at times it can take a little while to fill orders(6 weeks-6 months). 
Items vary slightly from those pictured on the website.  Our products are artistically imperfect, they are rusted, tarnished, oxidized and antiqued on purpose to make them look rustic.  Periodic cleaning may be necessary to maintain the look of the jewelry.
 
  
If there is ever a problem with your order, we are happy to make exchanges or, refunds within ten days of your purchase(except custom orders). 
 
If  there is ever a manufacturing defect or a product breaks due to a manufacturing defect we will be happy to fix it or replace it free of charge. If a product is broken by the consumer we will still glady repair it, however there is a small fee to cover the materials and the time to repair the item and the return shipping.
 
There is no warranty on spur rowels that are interchangeable.
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or money order.
 
Orders are billed when then are started, and are shipped when finished (usually within a week). Custom orders require a half down deposit or a credit card on file to placed in our work load.
 
Any public display of our designs or products through internet, catalog, promotional, advertising, etc. must include recognition of the designers/makers Amy Smith and Patrick Smith or The Mad Cow Company LLC, registered trademark.
