Files contain the general meet info, a psyche sheet, warm-up assignments, complete entries- both individually listed and relays.
Warm-ups--> Be there 15 minutes before we have our assigned warm-up time. Be dressed and ready to stretch then. Our call letters are DOLF, that's how our times are listed in the warm-up spreadsheet. Warm-up times are not the same each day-- one day we are int eh first warm-up, the next in the late warm-up; further the morning session ends at different times on Saturday and Sunday. So check the times, then get there 15 minutes earlier. Meet your coaches at the lane(s) assigned at the non-starting end of the pool. Warm-up time is very limited-- so BE THERE ON TIME.
Please note 13-14 and Sr relays are in the evening-- that is, at the end of finals. Also note-- often many away teams leave before finals on Sunday night. If you swim in the morning on Sunday, your chances of making finals or consols is enhanced on Sunday.
