We are on the Communications of the ACM!

We have just received the notification of acceptance of a "viewpoint" on the Communications of the ACM, one of the most prestigious magazines in our field; perhaps the most prestigious one.

Although a viewpoint is a short paper "dedicated to opinions and views that pertain to issues of broad interest to the computing community" (i.e., not a traditional research paper), we are very proud of this result as the reviewing process is highly selective and very rigorous.

The viewpoint is titled Enterprise Wi-Fi: we need devices that are secure by default, a hot topic given that the WiFi Alliance is defining the new WPA3 standard. Our arguments build upon two recent works of ours and we are very grateful to the students that helped us in these works: Filippo Onesti and Eleonora Girardini.

(A personal note from Alberto Bartoli, in Italian)
