* 1 pate brisée (recipe here)
* 4 large onions
* 100g of chopped bacon
* 50ml of cream
1) Preheat your oven to 200°C
2) Cut the onions into slices and let them roast in a pan with a little bit of butter and the bacon.
3) Put aside, and add the cream. Stir thoroughly.
4) Prepare your pate brisée, roll it and lay it out into the pie form.
5) Lay the onions over the dough and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
