My main research interests are in the areas of surface/interfacial science and engineering of micro-/nanosystems, and thin-film science and technology.
I teach a number of undergraduate and graduate courses, ranging from Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics (CHE 141), Chemical Processing of Solid- state Devices (CHE 179), Transport Laboratory (CHE 157), Unit Operations Laboratory (CHE 154), and Introduction to Surface Science (CHE 295S).
