 Research:
I worked to investigate the use of silicon nanowires in micro/nanoelectromechanical systems.  For example, nanowires can be employed as tethers mechanically linking bending-mode microresonators to tune the frequency response of the system.  I am also interested in new transduction methods for MEMS and NEMS resonators.
