1) Sakurai is most likely talking about the constellations Scorpio and the Southern Cross. He mentions the same two constellations in the lyrics to "Kimi ga shin...dara."
2) This line is a reference to Higan, a Buddhist holiday taking place at the autumn and spring equinoxes. "Higan" literally means "other shore," which is a metaphor for Enlightenment. The lotus flower is the most sacred flower in Buddhism, and the Buddhas are always represented as sitting on lotus flowers. Sakurai is probably saying that heroin is the lotus flower he sits on to find Enlightenment (doesn't that make you happy?)
As an interesting aside, at the autumn equinox in Japan, spectacular orange flowers called "higanbana" (literally, "equinox flowers") burst into bloom all over the country. These flowers were traditionally associated with death, presumably because the equinox heralds the coming of winter. Sakurai mentions the higanbana in his lyrics for the song "Tensei," which he co-wrote with Cube Juice for his solo project in 2004. The song "Manjusaka" on Atom Miraiha No. 9 is also about higanbana.
