The fact you’re reading this probably means that you’re struggling with something in your life right now and perhaps you’re considering seeking help. Like most people I have experienced stressful times, having good therapeutic support was essential for me, so I understand the importance and impact it will have for you. I am an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, offering a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can explore confidentially whatever problems you are facing. I’ve learnt that one size does not fit all, we all learn from different things and certain counselling styles suit some people more than others. Being Integrative trained allows me to draw from a range of approaches to provide the right support for my client. I have a particular interest in working with relationship concerns, loss, bereavement and clients who are going through a change or transition, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, co-dependency issues. I have gained considerable experience in working with addiction. I am a qualified Supervisor offering clinical supervision to trainees and qualified experienced counsellors. I have experience in working with individuals and groups in two local Hospices. |
