2. Download a class roster from Campus in .csv format. Copy and paste the name column to the Private page of the google spreadsheet.

Examples

EMBED ON A SCHOOLOGY PAGE

1. On the Public page,  click on the A1 box.
2. On the Chart page, insert an interactive chart. I use the chart setup wizard to auto sort the spreadsheet by participation points to establish a ranking.
3. The most difficult part of this process was experimenting with how to get the spreadsheet to display correctly on Schoology.
Here is what worked for me:
A. Set the spreadsheet share settings to “anyone with the link”
B. Under : File > Publish > all sheets. Get the link to the Chart sheet.
C. Embed  this link onto a Schoology page.
D. The spreadsheet will automatically update on Schoology whenever you update it.

EMBED ON A GOOGLE SITE ~ Recommended

1. Would only need 1 page per class on the leaderboard spreadsheet.
2. On the Google Site, Edit the page.
3. Insert “Chart”. Choose options. Be careful not to show student names!
