About Me

I am currently the Coordinator of Cognitive Computing Lab in the Department of Computing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I received my Ph.D. degree from the same department in 2011. After that, I worked in the Department of Statistics at Yale University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate for one year. During Feb. 2010 - Aug. 2010, I visited the Human Sensing Lab in Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, invited by Dr. Fernando De la Torre.

Cognitive science, brain science, functional brain imaging, multilinear algebra, matrix computation, applied statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, multimedia content analysis
