The papers are short and they are your ticket to our highly interactive workshop. We are looking for people with ideas - the more you can support ideas with own research the better. But novel ideas, based on other people's research results are interesting as well. We can built castles in the air - as long as it is possible to put a foundation under them:) The main topic is cross-device LearnerUser Experience (LUX). You can approach this from different directions:
Authoring: What important issues appear when authoring for learning across
multiple devices, considering user experience, usability and accessibility?
Standards: There are standards and guidelines for usability and accessibility.
How can they be applied to support the overall cross-device user experience in learning
environments?
Semantic
Web: How can Semantic Web Technologies support cross-device User Experience, Accessibility and Usability in learning environments?
Workflow: Which processes support cross-device User Experience, Accessibility and
Usability in learning environments? Models: Which aspects of users, their environments and their devices need
to be modelled? Which can be either inferred or observed in the interaction between users
or between user and system? How can this support the cross-device user experience? Do we need new models?
Adaptation
Methods & Techniques: Which existing methods
and techniques can be reused or tailored to support cross-device user experience, taking
usability and accessibility in flexible learning environments into
consideration?
Visions: Which future scenarios for cross-device User Experience, Accessibility and Usability in
learning environments evolve if we think about new ways to enable learning for all? |
