Luca Facchinello

I am a researcher at Collegio Carlo Alberto, and I received my Ph.D. from the Stockholm School of Economics.

I am an applied economist working for the most part in the area of the Economics of Education, with a focus on how information affects students' education choices and labor market outcomes. I recently started working in the area of Health Economics, where I experimentally study whether information provision can affect policy take-up and behavior of policy targets.

I am currently working on the project "PFAS Exposure and Children Development: Evidence from an Italian Environmental Incident", which spans both my research areas. The project was awarded the Seal of Excellence by the European Commission, is fully funded by Compagnia di San Paolo via Trapezio grant and is hosted by Collegio Carlo Alberto.
