Welcome to the Lt Col Frank Pocher Minute Man Squadron

Welcome to the

Lt Col Frank Pocher Minute Man Squadron

More commonly known as Minute Man Squadron, our Civil Air Patrol squadron is made up of senior members (adult leaders) and cadet members (teenage members and leaders). We typically meet weekly on Sunday evenings, and our meetings cover a variety of topics such as aerospace education, leadership, customs and courtesies, physical fitness, emergency preparedness, emergency response, character development, and many other topics.

Teens and adults learn about the Civil Air Patrol core values of Integrity, Volunteerism, Excellence, and Respect. All Civil Air Patrol activities are rooted in these values.

Many Civil Air Patrol cadets advance through various levels that can qualify them for college scholarships and advanced standing if they later choose a military service, Over 10% of US Service Academy cadets are former Civil Air Patrol cadets.

Adult members have the honor and privilege of serving in any of Civil Air Patrol's current missions of emergency services, aerospace education, and cadet leadership and mentoring.

Civil Air Patrol serves as the official civilian Auxiliary of the United States Air Force.

Our squadron is looking for interested and motivated adults, teens, and tweens, to participate in the opportunity to serve our local community and country in a high impact organization. Visit us and see for yourself.
