Google Maps

Using Google's easy customization options, the user may tag and annotate locations on a street map and make that map widely available.

Google Maps are also easily embedded into webpages.  In the example below, three locations have been highlighted on the University of Michigan campus. Google by default provides address information and sometimes images for tagged locations, however the user may also override these details with their own.

Geographic data, lines, shapes and videos can also be added.

Any embedded maps will automatically update when the original is modified by the user.
