Welcome! We're excited to translate with you.

Google's Love Your Language campaign is about adding high quality translations online using the Google Translate Community Tool for languages around the world from the people who speak the language themselves. With joint community effort nationwide, we hope the Filipino and Cebuano languages and cultures will have better representation on the web so they may be appreciated by both native and non-native speakers. We hope you'll join us in strengthening our national pride and the love for our languages through your individual translation contributions.

The Invitation
Google Philippines is inviting you to add quality translation for the Filipino and Cebuano languages online. If you're interested and want your translations to be counted towards the total submission from the Philippines, or to keep tabs of your own contribution tally, REGISTER here. Sign in to your Gmail account before using the Google Translate Community Tool.

Invite others
  • If you have friends whom you think will enjoy translating, please share the registration form.
  • If you belong to an organization and you want your group to join the Love Your Language campaign, please share this site and this SIGN UP form with your organization representative.
  • Share your translate experience on social media using the hashtags #LoveYourLanguagePH or #GoogleTranslatePH.
The Reward
Experience the honor of preserving and giving proper representation to your native language online by improving its quality of translation.

This is not a contest, but at the end of the month we want to recognize the people who contributed the most to improve our languages online:
  • the top three individual contributors in the country
  • the top three organizations with the most number of total contributions
  • the top three organizations with the most number of participants
The Duration
We will count contributions from August 1, 2015 12:00 am to August 31, 2015 11:59 pm. But we encourage you to use the tool even after August to continue to help improve our translations.
