Singing workshop 2015

Hold the note!
On 22 November 2015, time seemed to fly between 11 am and 4 pm at Penkhull Village Hall ...

"Brilliant! No time wasted. Quick pace. No time to think - just keep singing. Great fun."

"This was my first singing workshop. I found it very enjoyable. The time went by very fast and we learned more songs than I expected. Many thanks for a great experience."

... as we listened with rapt attention and then sang in harmony with Faith Watson, founder member of the Natural Voice Practitioners' Network.

"What a lovely workshop. Beautiful tunes and harmonies. Faith worked really hard!
Hope I can remember them!"

"A harmonious lovely November Sunday. Great singing, great company, joy and laughter. What more would you want? Faith inspires us all!"

"Had a great day. Wonderful harmonies, particularly enjoyed 'You send me'. Many thanks to Faith."

True to her name, by the end of the day, Faith had given us faith that we could not only sing without reading words or music ...

"I really enjoyed the workshop on Sunday. Amazingly, I remembered one of the songs when we rehearsed with Kate. Learning without words -- it works!"

... but we also could sing a greater range of notes ...

"Very enjoyable - good to be encouraged to try other parts out of our usual comfort zone"

"Very impressive. You encouraged me to sing outside my 'comfort zone'!!"

"Great workshop - loved being 'down at the bottom' and the brill Sam Cooke                                                        number which I remembered from way back. Thanks."

"Loved the range of songs we sang. Thank you."

... thank you Faith!

"Great day, great teacher, enjoyed all the songs."

"Had a fabulous day. Thanks for coming."

"Fabulous workshop with Faith - learnt so much in the time! Thank you."

"Thanks Faith - inspiring woman that you are. Fab day."

"Thanks Faith very enjoyable"

"I can't believe how Faith can pitch so many parts. Best monies worth. Would love another AM or a PM. Thank you!"
