How do I start?
We suggest you try the classes until you find a teacher or a style that resonates with you. Each of us comes to our first class with a unique aim or intention. Speak to any of the teachers at the studio and we will make suggestions to help you find the right practice.
How often should you practice? Even if you start with one class a week you will notice great changes, and the more often you get on your mat, the more amazing you will feel.
