With the number of people suffering from obesity on the rise every year, the governments through-out the work are starting to take a look into enacting measures in attempt to control the problem. Several cities in the United States and other countries are passing laws that limit everything from fat content to the elimination of Trans Fats.


Look at New York, 53% of the population is overweight or obese and only 44% are at healthy weight. Nearly 75% of the population there reports no regular physical activity. Diabetes is 3 times more likely among obese New Yorkers. This is a

serious problem. 

So where do we start?

Dieting, it is the only way. 


There is no magic pill. If there was, trust me, I would not need to address this topic. The only way to lose weight is to diet. Please, don’t be scared because you can do it. If I can, you can. I love to eat. I love food. I love candy and chocolate.


I hate looking in the mirror. I hate getting dressed in the morning because I don’t want to wrestle to get my pants buttoned. I hate the fact that I know I am not attractive as I could be to people. I know, looks are not everything, but they, like having money, helps.  



I have narrowed some diets down for you from the ones that I like and recommend. But the choice is up to you to find one for you and is good for you. I don’t care if you pick the Big Bird Diet from Cucamonga, just pick one that is good for you and that you will follow. Dieting is not easy, but I know you can do it. I did. I lost 103 lbs. I know you can lose what you need to.
