Pilates is a low-impact form of mindfulness exercise that focuses on breathing, balance, and pelvic-lumbar stabilization. This is a very controlled and safe form of exercise that effectively increases full body strength and flexibility, while reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

Because Pilates can be adapted for all levels, anyone from professional rugby players to ballet dancers, to those with neurological conditions or other chronic disease, can benefit from Pilates classes.
