:: about Lorenz Demey is a postdoctoral researcher in philosophical logic at KU Leuven. He studied philosophy (PhD, MA, BA major), mathematics (BA minor), logic (MSc) and artificial intelligence (MSc) at KU Leuven and Universiteit van Amsterdam. His current research is focused on logical geometry; his other research interests include the philosophies of science, language and mathematics, and the mathematical environment of modal logic (algebra, topology, etc.). Besides research, he also really enjoys teaching logic classes to a variety of audiences (from introductory to graduate level).
