I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from São Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP) and I am Visiting Professor at Department of Economics from the Federal University of ABC. I coordinate and I am one of the co-founders of the Family and Gender Economics Study Group (GEFAM). I develop research in family and gender economics.
My work is based on family formation and gender inequalities and what impacts these decisions may have in relation to marital surplus, social inequality, cultural traits, intra-family bargaining and demography.
My research fields include Family Economics, Gender Economics, Applied Microeconomics and Game Theory.
