Travelling to the walk by public transport

National rail enquiries and TrainLine sites both provide rail timetable information and ticket prices. When looking at the timetable information, please be aware that a web site might suggest a choice of trains which entails travelling beyond your destination on a non-stop train, and then travelling back to your destination on a slower train. Using the "No Changes" option will prevent this.

National Christian Walking Club

(Known from its foundation in 1981 until May 2013 as the Christian Rambling Club)

The Christian Walking Club is a nationwide organisation with several hundred members. It organises walking weekends and occasional week-long events, staying mainly at Youth Hostels. These events are mostly in England and Wales. The club is a very good way of enjoying God's creation in fellowship with other Christians.
