Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

Put berries, vinegar, sugar & pepper flakes in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Lower heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until thick.
