  • The journal version of our CVPR15 paper is accepted by TNNLS.
  • I have arrived at UC Merced to start my joint Ph.D. training under the supervision of Prof. Ming-Hsuan Yang.
  • DSCLRCN saliency detection paper released. See Publications.
  • Our new saliency model, namely, Deep Spatial Contextual Long-term Recurrent Convolutional Network (DSCLRCN), ranks top on the mit300  and SALICON benchmark datasets. The paper is coming soon!

Biography

I am a fourth year Ph.D. student of School of Automation, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), majoring in Pattern Recognition & Intelligent Systems, supervised by Prof. Junwei Han. Before that, I worked as a master candidate from Sept. 2012 to Jul. 2014 under the supervision of Prof. Han in NPU. I received the B. Eng degree from Honors College at NPU in 2012.
Currently, I am a visiting Ph.D. student in Vision and Learning Lab, at Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California at Merced, under the supervision of Prof. Ming-Hsuan Yang.

Research Interests

My research interests include computer vision related topics and deep learning. Now I mainly focus on saliency detection.
