I am a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund Fiscal Affairs Department and an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation. I am also an Associate Editor for International Journal of Tax and Public Finance.
My research interests include Public Finance, Development Economics, and Corporate Finance, with particular emphasis on Business Taxation and Tax Policy.
