I am an economist in the FAD Tax Policy Division of the International Monetary Fund and an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation. I am also a member of the Associate Editor Panel for International Journal of Tax and Public Finance.

My research interests include Public Finance, Development Economics, and Corporate Finance, with particular emphasis on Business Taxation and Tax Policy.
