I am a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund Fiscal Affairs Department, providing tax policy advice through capacity development, macroeconomic surveillance and program work, and analytical research. I am also a board member of the National Tax Association, an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation, and Associate Editor for Journal of Economic Surveys and International Journal of Tax and Public Finance.
My research interests include Public Finance, Development Economics, and Corporate Finance, with particular emphasis on Business Taxation and Tax Policy.
