Little River Holistic Therapies is looking for like minded, caring professionals to join the team.  If you are hard working, honest, are a true professional, love your job and really care about your clients, then this is the place for you.  We would love to hear from proper healers from any field including, but not limited to, naturopaths, osteopaths, reiki masters, chiropractors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, counselors, foot doctors, etc.  We are also looking for someone to run a store from the clinic selling natural food products and supplements and/or to run a small vegan/vegetarian cafe.  There is room for someone to give cooking/nutrition lessons to small groups of people.

Option 1:
60/40 percentage.  There is no up front room rental with this option.  All bookings are made through the clinic's front desk on 902 245 1222. 
The clinic keeps track of the number of bookings in a calendar month.  The practitioner takes all payments and at the end of the month pays the clinic 40% of each treatment completed.  For example if a practitioner charges $60 for a treatment, the practitioner keeps $36(60%) and the clinic is paid $24(40%).  If there are 10 bookings in a month the practitioner keeps $360 and the clinic is paid $240.  

This option is ideal for anyone who is just starting out and who needs a little help and guidance to get going, who does not have the up front money to pay the rent, who only has a small number of clients or is worried that they will not have enough clients to cover the rent.  It takes the pressure off the practitioner allowing you to concentrate on healing.

Internet, heating, electricity, a laptop and printer, mentoring, towels, sheets, oils, business cards, a sign board and a dedicated room is included in this option if you choose to work at the clinic full time, based on a renewable one year contract.  Not included is ink and the washing of sheets and towels.

Internet, heating and electricity is included in this option if you choose to work at the clinic part time.  For part timers on a 60/40 percentage the days you wish to rent for that month must be arranged in advance by the first of the month.  This eradicates the chance of a room being double booked.   

Option 2:  
Rent a room.  Rooms are available to rent from $600 to $700 per month depending on size.  Dedicated room if renting full time.
Daily rentals are also available if you only wish to work one or two days per week.  Other practitioners will use the room when you are not there.
Rent is due in advance on the first day of each month.  For part time rentals the days you wish to rent for that month must also be arranged in advance by the first of the month.  This eradicates the chance of a room being double booked.  Damage retainers are not required.

This option is ideal for anyone who already has their own client base, has some experience managing their own workload,  have the up front money to pay the rent, or are confident they will attract enough clients to cover the rent.  It is preferred that all bookings are made through the clinic's front desk on 902 245 1222.  However, if a practitioner has an already established business and for example works two days in Yarmouth and one day in Middleton and needs to manage their own diary, then these terms can be agreed on an individual basis.
This option would also be ideal for anyone wishing to run a store from the front room and reception area.
