Visions of Lilac

I am using the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko. To use her art you must purchase a license at CILM HERE. I am using the lovely FTU scrap kit called Lilac-a-Licious which can be found at Delicious Scraps HERE. Mask is otherworldfae2 by Sabre and can be found HERE. Plug-in used: dsb flux- bright noise. My supplies HERE.

Let's get started!

Open a new image 600X600 and floodfill with white. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #563660. Apply the otherworldfae mask2 to this layer. Layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk. Resize frame 3 15% and copy and paste as a new layer. Click inside the frame with your magic wand. Selections-modify-expand by 6. Resize paper of choice 15% and copy and paste over your selection. Selections-Invert-hit delete on your keyboard. Bring this paper under your frame. Copy and paste your main tube. If using the same one as I am line her leg up with the edge of the frame.

Resize the lilac branch 15% and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the right side of your frame. Using your raster deform tool, rotate the branch a bit. See my tag for reference. Duplicate the branch and mirror. Resize the purple lilac flower 10% and copy and paste as a new layer on the lower right hand side of your frame. Rotate to your liking. Duplicate the flower and mirror, and place on the left hand side of the frame. Duplicate this flower and rotate a bit more. Resize bow-2 10% and place on the side of your tag over the lilac branch. Duplicate the bow and mirror it. Resize the stitched heart to 15% and copy and paste as a new layer above your paper layer. Arrange it in the center of the frame. See my tag. Resize scattered glitter with shadow 15%. Using your lasso circle a few of the glitter stones. Copy and paste them onto your center heart. Duplicate them a few times and space them inside it. Merge these sparkle layers. Copy and paste the word art as a new layer. Dropshadow all pieces of your tag. I used 2/2/50/5 black. Crop, resize and add your copyright info and name. The font I used is called PTScript Rainbow.

Animation (optional)

Activate your sparkle layer.

I used dsb flux bright noise with the settings below:

Apply the noise at 45. Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste as a new animation. Back to PSP and undo the bright noise you just added and do it again. This time changing the slider bar to 55. Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste after current frame. Do these steps once again, changing the slider bar to 65.

Run your animation and save as a gif!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
