Tropical Dreams

I am using the gorgeous artwork of Jennifer Janesko. To use her art you must purchase a license at CILM HERE. The scrap kit I used is a fabulous freebie called Flora Bleue by NumbBUMM and you can pick it up HERE. Mask used is by WitchysHeart (#5) and you can get it HERE. My supplies are HERE.

Plug Ins used: eyecandy 4000-gradient glow.

Let's get started!

Open a new image 700x700 and floodfill with white. Resize paper 1 from the kit and use it as a background/fill in your materials palette. Stroke null. Using your rectangle shape tool, draw out a rectangle shape on the right hand side of your white background. See my tag for reference. Add a fat gradient glow to it and give it a drop shadow.

Resize frame5 29% and copy and paste it as a new layer. Place it midway over your rectangle you just made. Click inside the frame with your magic wand in each of the squares while holding down the shift key. Selections-modify-expand by 6. Resize paper 6 and copy and paste it over your selection as a new layer. Selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard. Move this layer under your frame. Click in the frame once again, expand by 6, copy and paste the scenery tube over the selection. Invert and hit delete. Move under the frame.

Copy and paste the blue macaw as a new layer Place it at the top of the top frame.

Copy and paste the iris tube as a new layer. Place on the rectangle.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Erase the bottom so it looks like it is in the frame.

Resize flower2 25% and copy and paste it as a new layer. Place at the corner of the top and second frame. Duplicate it and place the copy between the second and bottom frame.

Copy and paste the word art as a new layer.

Activate the white background layer and resize and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. Apply WH-Mask5 to the paper. Layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk. Merge the group.

Crop and resize the tag. Add your copyright info, your watermark and your name.

Take your freehand selection tool (lasso) and make a selection around the water part of the scenery tube. See below for reference:

Go to Effects-distortion effects- ripple and apply using the following settings:

Select none. Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste it as a new animation.

Back to PSP and undo select none and ripples. Apply ripples again, but change the wavelength to 51. Select none. Copy merged into animation shop and paste after current frame.

Keep repeating this process, each time changing the wavelength up one notch until you have 8 frames in your animation.

Edit-select all. Change the frame properties to 40. Click on frame 8 and change that one to 60.

Run your animation and save the tag as a gif!
