I am using the adorable artwork of Suzanne Woolcott. To use her art you must purchase a license at Gorjussart HERE. The scrap kit I used is a fabulous freebie by JoeG designs called Sleeping Baby. You can pick up the kit HERE. The mask I used is by WeeScotLass (#179) and can be found HERE. Rainbow Coffi clouds are in my supples along with my word art. HERE.
Let's get started!
Open a new image 700X700 and floodfill with white. Resize the blue cloud frame 35% and copy and paste it as a new layer. Click inside the frame with your magic wand. Selections-modify-expand by 8. Copy and paste paper 8 as a new layer over the selection. Selections-invert-hit delete on the keyboard. Move the paper under the frame. Resize element3 (the cloud) 50% and copy and paste it into the center of the frame. Resize the heart frame56 25% and copy and paste it as a new layer. Rotate it with your raster deform tool and place at the top left of the tag. Click inside the heart with your magic wand and expand by 6. Copy and paste paper of choice over the selection. Invert and delete. Move the paper under the heart frame. Copy and paste my word art into the center of the heart if desired or write your own of choice. Resize the blue ribbon 40 % and copy and paste it as a new layer. Place at the top of your tag. See mine for reference. Duplicate the ribbon, mirror it and flip. Place this ribbon under the frame layer.
Activate the white background layer. Resize a paper of choice and copy and paste it as a new layer. Apply WSL-Mask179 to the paper layer. Layers-load/save mask-load mask from disc. Merge the group.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Place at the right side of your tag.
Resize the rainbow coffi cloud of choice and place at the bottom of your tag. I used the light blue one.
Resize the white flower 15% and copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom left on your tag. Duplicate the flower and mirror. Duplicate the left flower again and resize it a bit and place next to the other one. Resize the pink flower stem 10% and rotate it counter clockwise. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Place on the left side of the tag. Duplicate it and move this copy down a bit. Add a ribbon if desired.
Resize the clock back 28% and copy and paste it as a new layer. See my tag for reference. If planning to animate the clock hands do not add them to the tag yet. If you aren't animating you can do so. Add any other elements of choice.
Add a light drop shadow to all pieces of your tag. I used 1/1/40/4 dark gray.
Crop and resize your tag now. Add your copyright info, your watermark and your name. The font I used is called Platthand.
Animation : the clock hands
Resize the clock hands element 10% (test them on your resized tag to see if they are the size you want) If so, delete them.
Copy the clock hands into animation shop and paste them as a new animation. Open a new transparent image in animation shop 300x300 and copy and paste the clock hands onto it.
Now go to Effect-insert image effect and apply rotate with the following settings.
You should have 9 frames to the clock hand animation. Go to Animation-reverse frames.
Back to PSP and copy the tag merged into animation shop and paste it as a new animation. Duplicate the tag so it has 9 frames.
Activate the clock hands. Edit-select all Edit-copy. Activate the tag. Edit-select all, Edit-paste into selected frames. Place the hands on the clock face.
Now change your frame properties to 80.
Run the animation and save the tag as a gif!
I hope you enjoyed my tut.
