Retro Chick

I am using the cute and sexy artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. To use his art you must purchase a license at MPT HERE. I am also using a bright and funky FTU scrap kit by Lacarolita called Retro Chick. You can pick it up HERE. The mask is by WeeScotLass and can be found HERE.

Plug In used: Eye Candy 4000- HSB noise

Let's get started!

Open a new image 600X600 and floodfill with white. Copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer. Apply WSL_Mask84 to the paper. Merge the group.

Resize the circ 5 element 80% and copy and paste as a new layer over the mask

Resize the blue circles element X1 80% and copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize the pink X2 element 70% and copy and paste it on top the blue circles.

Resize the yellow star 80% or a star of choice and copy and paste it as a new layer into the center of the circles elements. Selections-select all-selections-float-selections-defloat. Copy and paste your tubes closeup as a new layer over the selection. Arrange the face in the star. Selections-invert-hit delete on the keyboard. Change the blend mode on the tube to luminance legacy.

Copy and paste the main tube as a new layer.

Resize flower 8 35% and copy and paste as a as a new layer. Place it on the bottom point of the star.

Resize flowers 2,3, and 5 to your preference and place at the lower left hand side of the tag. Add one of the word art elements to the top right side of the tag. Add any other elements you like. Drop shadow all pieces of the tag. I used 3/3/55/6.

Resize your tag and add your copyright info, your watermark and your name. I used a font called Market Deco for my name. It is a free font.

Animation:

Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise

Activate the blue circles element in your tag and apply HSB noise with the following settings:

Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste it as a new animation.

Back to PSP and undo the HSB noise you just applied and do it again. This time change the random seed. Copy the tag merged into animation shop and paste it after current frame. Do this step once more for a total of 3 frames.

Edit-select all and change the frame properties to 15.

Run the animation and save as a gif!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!

Hugs,

Dee
