Pretty Little Girl

I am using the adorable artwork of Suzanne Woolcott. To use her art you must purchase a license at Gorjuss art HERE. I am using the fantastic freebie scrap kit called Girly Girl by Jaelop Designs. You can get it HERE. Mask12 by Chas Scrapnbits and you can download it HERE. Template by me is included in my supplies HERE.

Plug-in : dsb flux bright noise (optional)

Let's get started!

Open my template in PSP. Add a new raster layer and drag to the bottom. Floodfill it with white. Click inside the large circle of the template with your magic wand. Resize paper 7 15% and copy and paste it as a new layer over your circle selection. Selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the black template circle layer. Do the same with the other pieces of the template using papers from the kit of choice and deleting the gray pieces of the template after. Drop shadow all the pieces thus far. I used 2/2/50/5 black.

Activate your white background layer and add a new raster layer. Floodfill with a color that matches your template or tube. I used #bd5a70. Apply Mask12byChas and merge group.

Resize the word art circle 25% and copy and paste as a new layer. Place on your large circle. Resize the glittery butterflies 17 25% and copy and paste them. Move them under your center heart. Duplicate them and arrange so they cover the center circle of the template. Merge together the butterfly layers. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.  Resize the flowers 35 % and 30 % and arrange on the left lower corner of your tag see mine for reference. Duplicate them and mirror. Resize leaves10 20% and copy and paste them as a new layer. Arrange under your flower blossoms. Resize ribbon4 10% and tuck between your flowers. See my tag for reference. Resize bow6 15% and paste on the upper right side of your circle. Duplicate and mirror. Resize doodle 15 25% and place on the center heart if desired.

Adjust-sharpen-sharpen more on the butterfly layer and doodle. Sharpen any other pieces of the tag that need it. Crop and resize your tag to your preference. Add your copyright info, watermark and name. I used a font call TKDoodle.

I used the free plugin dsb flux to apply noise to the butterflies. You can also do this in psp using the add noise option.

Active your butterfly layer and apply dsb flux bright noise with the following settings:

Start with 45 on the slider bar.

Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Back to PSP undo the bright noise you just applied and reapply it, moving the slider up to 55. Copy your tag merged into animation shop and paste after current frame. Repeat this once again, moving your slider up to 65.

Run your animation and save as a gif!

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial!
