PARSLEY-GARLIC DIPPING OIL
1 cup Curly Parsley, chopped
4 large cloves Garlic, minced
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
1-1/2 cups Extra-Light, Delicate Taste Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt, or to your liking.
Mix all the ingredients together 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
Serve with bread, toasties, or as a salad dressing or a drizzle for vegetables.
This can be placed in the refrigerator for at least a week.
NOTE: You may want to only use half of the Red Pepper Flakes to begin with, let it sit, taste and then add more to your liking. The flakes are pretty spicy.
NOTE 2: I always make this recipe by eyeing the ingredients so the proportions are as close as possible. You may like more or less of any of the ingredients. However, you really cannot ruin this recipe unless you put too much salt or red pepper flakes, which is why you need to just be careful with these two ingredients the first time you make it so that you can tweak it to your own personal taste.
