DOROTHY'S MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD


(1) 14.5 ounce can French Cut Green Beans, drained

(1) 11 ounce can White Shoepeg Corn, drained

(1) 8.5 ounce can Green Peas, drained

(1) 2 ounce jar chopped Pimentos, drained

2 Bunches Green Onions, chopped

1 cup Celery, chopped

3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper


Mix the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cool.

Pour liquid over the vegetables, cover, and place in refrigerator overnight.
