What is a little library?
Our goal is to promote literacy and the love of reading by building of free book exchange across Belize. Together we can build a stronger sense of community as we share our skills, creativity and wisdom across generations.

How do I use it?
The little library boxes will be open 7am to 7pm daily, including weekends and holidays.
*Select up to TWO books at a time. Take them home and read them. Enjoy the books and then return them. You may take books for up to two weeks each.

Sponsor a Little Library:
If you or your organization is interested in sponsoring a little library in Belize, each weather resistant box costs about 600.00 BZ$ (300.00 US$). In return for sponsoring a little library, a plaque engraved with your name (or organization) will be attached. Please let us know if you have a specific location in Belize you would like YOUR little library placed!
