Martial Arts Training

Taekwondo is a Korean form of martial art th at originated some 2000 years ago. The word "tae" means to break or strike with foot; "kwon" means to break or strike with fist; and "do" means the path, method or way. Loosely translated, it is the art or way of the foot and hand. Training in taekwondo involves learning kicking, punching, blocking and sweeping techniques. We emphasize character building and development at all belt levels. Our motto is "the two most important things we learn in taekwondo are manners and respect"! It is our goal to stengthen our students both physically and mentally.

We offer testing certification through the Amateur Atheletic Union (AAU) and the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).

Combat Hapkido is a form of martial art that involves a variety of joint locks, kicks, strikes, pressure points, take downs and ground survival and disarming techniques. It emphasizes redirecting an assailants power and aggession back toward them with little effort and force on the defenders part.

LITTLE FALLS TAEKWONDO LLC is a registered Charter School through the International Combat Hapkido Federation (ICHF), an accredited organization with the World Ki-Do Federation/Korea Ki-Do Association.
