Chemistry & Food We read about green eggs and ham last week. We'll read about the chemistry of "green" eggs today. Here are some video clips talking about how eggs become green: clip 1, clip 2, clip 3, clip 4, and clip 5. After watching/reading all five pieces, what makes eggs green? Is the green harmful? How can you avoid green eggs?
