Group: Food Science -- Read pages 51-52 of RL Wolke's What Einstein Told His Cook: Kitchen Science Explained. Doing second meat experiment to test the way the meat was cooked as well as the tenderizing method. Finish writing up experiment for blog. Results: Did experiment -- no strength tester this time. Did purely by "chews" and "cutting ease." Did not write up report.
