Group: Food Science: Salt -- "Salt Secrets" continued. Discuss last week's answers. Do 4 experiments. Read "Salt uses in the Kitchen." Results: Tried experiment about fresh and not fresh eggs in salt water. (The 2-month old egg floated.) Set up experiment to test theory that salt helps eggs peal easier. Do the experiment next Friday.
