Review Gibson v. Ogden (1824), US v. EC Knight Company (1895). Hammer v. Dagenhart (1918), & National Labor Relations Board v. Jones & Laughlin Steel Corp (1937).
Learn about the Roosevelt's New Deal, the politics behind his push for minimum wage, and how we finally got a federal wage minimum law. Results: Reviewed the past cases. Read about one page summary of Roosevelt's 4 terms as President. Read section of US Constitution about how Supreme Court judges get their jobs.
