Group: Food Science -- Read pages 49-51 of RL Wolke's What Einstein Told His Cook: Kitchen Science Explained. Results: Read about sea salt versus table salt. Set up experiment about tenderizing beef. Experiment will start Thursday afternoon and end Friday afternoon with a blind taste-testing for tenderness.
