Princeton Russian Course - This is an incredible course.  Hundreds of lessons all with accompanying mp3 files.  A great resource to learn Russian.  Highly recommended.

Russian For Beginners - A basic course for absolute beginners.

Russian Language Course For Trainees In Russia - This looks like a very interesting and useful course.  593 pages in PDF format

Google News - One of the best online resources for news in Russian.

Logos Children's Library - Several pages of children's stories in Russian.  Authors such as Hans Christian Andersen.

Project Gutenberg - Several online books freely available.

Russian Bible - The entire New Testament available in easy to understand informal Russian.

The Little Prince - Available in Russian.

Voice of America - Interesting reading practice from Voice of America.

Wikipedia - Wikipedia in Russian.  If online news isn't interesting enough for you, you can search for whatever you like on Wikipedia.

Beginning Russian Through Film - Many videos for the beginning Russian student.  A great resource. 

China Radio International - Lots of audio is available from China.  An interesting resource from a different perspective.

Echo of Moscow - An interesting radio station right out of Moscow.

Euro News - Current news articles that are accompanied by video.  A great way to practice reading while listening.

Global Recordings Network - Provides several free Christian audio recordings.  A great resource.

Radio Japan - Daily news from Japan in Russian.  An interesting way to practice your Russian.

Radio Sweden International - News and audio in Russian.

Russian Internet Radio - A large list of online radio stations that broadcast in Russian.

Russian Language Articles - Several articles and stores with a parallel English translation.  Russian audio is also provided!  Many other useful resources are available on the same page.

SBS Radio - Offers short audio files covering various subjects.

Sermon Audio - Free sermons available in mp3 format.

Simplified Russian Newscasts - You can listen to the news from the last two weeks in simplified Russian.  This is a great stepping stone towards regular full speed Russian.  The newscasts come with exercises as well.  Recommended.

United Nations Radio - Audio accompanied by text that is updated daily from the United Nations.  Interesting stories from around the world.

Russian Comics - Various comics in Russian.
