Acknowledgement of Entries

After receipt of your entry form, you will be sent an acknowledgement email for each class you have entered. This will be followed once the programme is scheduled by a further email detailing the day, date and time of the class and also giving other necessary information, such as accompanist details in the case of Music, as appropriate.

Performer's Cards are no longer issued. When you arrive at the Festival, please report to the Performer's Steward who will tick you off on their copy of the Programme.

There have been problems with receipt of the emails giving details of dates and times of classes. If you haven't heard three weeks after the closing date, please contact us immediately.
