That got your attention (hey, we're ex-ad guys) didn't it?

Now you can get one of our famous (OK, soon-to-be-famous) 50-Second Fixes every week, just by following us on twitter. Or Facebook. Or LinkedIn. You'll get a tweet on Monday with a fix for a typical "I don't know how to..." problem or the essence of one of the 50 Essential Communication Skills; a "how's it going" to remind you on Wednesday; and a review on Friday. And when you tweet back or retweet, you share good communication habits with enough people that soon we'll have TOTAL WORLD DOMINATION. OK, we didn't mean that last part. You will be spreading good communication habits though, and that's a good thing.

Welcome to The Linchpin Store

We drown ourselves in books, articles, videos, puppet theater and whatnot, all to make sure that we have as complete and current a body of communication resources to help you as is humanly possible (we use computers too. The founders do, after all, teach at Carnegie Mellon). As part of the Amazon Associates program, we've just opened The Linchpin Store (powered by Amazon, which means just shy of infinite items, and deep, deep discounts for you). We just opened our virtual doors, so we still have virtual boxes on the virtual floor, virtual books and other things that are waiting to be placed on our virtual tables and shelves, virtual dust to clean off (virtually, thankfully): you get the idea. We're still building, and adding items all the time, so come on (virtually) in and poke around. Check back often for the new stuff. And leave comments so that we know what resources you like, don't like, or that we should add. Or wherever we can do better.
