I am a registered, bilingual counsellor with a passion to help people make lasting positive changes to their emotional wellbeing. Sometimes talking to those closest to you about your life and anything confusing, painful or uncomfortable is not an easy thing to do. That’s why it can be helpful to talk to a counsellor; someone trained, experienced and not emotionally involved, to listen without judgement or imposing any advice.

My approach to therapy is Humanistic, which means I value and respect each client irrespective of his or her culture and background. I believe that every one of us has the capacity to grow internally, to achieve our personal goals. My job is to facilitate and support you to make sense of the issues you are facing, and to remove any blocks that hinder your inner potential in order for you to live a fulfilling life.

Each session with me is an opportunity for you to be truly heard in a way that can be deeply healing. I help you to explore your thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns so that you can recognise, accept and become more aware about aspects of yourself.

My aim is to empower you through counselling and to give you the tools to understand yourself better as well as to deal with problems such as stress, low self-esteem, anger, depression,  anxiety and relationship issues.

I offer face-to-face, open-ended therapy and Brief Therapy involves 6 or 12 sessions
