Agave Sweetened Home-Made Root Beer

Start out with a clean 5-Gallon Beverage Cooler


3 Gallons Cold Water

4 lbs Dry Ice (use tongs so you don't burn yourself and slowly lower it into the water)

Approximately 44 oz Agave

Then slowly, little by little (because it bubbles up like crazy)add:

 2 Oz Root Beer Concentrate

You can add a little less Agave and then add more if you think it's not sweet enough, but I thought this amount turned out pretty good. *Make sure to use tongs to add the Dry Ice and not splash. Just remember to use caution when using Dry Ice.* Other than that, you just wait for the fog to completely die down before you completely close the lid.
